I have lived in allot of places and with that comes allot of different banks. USAA is the best bank I have ever dealt with. I have never been disappointed with their services. The level of professionalism of all of their employees is tops. We started with the basic accountants. and now have all of our financial dealings with them. Last year we purchased a new home and financed it with them. The rates were competitive and again the service was tops. It was a stress free experience, (this was house #3) We had allot of problems with our last lender, the mortgage was sold 3 times in 3 years. 98% of the time USAA does not sell your mortgage for the life of the note. USAA was voted #1 bank in America, and I can not seeing it loosing that title anytime soon.
