Every single transaction that I have made with a banker, online or in person, has been messed up in one way or another. The worst was when I was buying a house, and they took the money out of the wrong account, causing overdraft fees. You'd think that when you're dealing with enough money to make a down payment on a house, you'd be more careful than that. And that wasn't the end of it. They couldn't just reverse the charges; they had to mess it up further. Since then, I've changed the status of my account since I have less money after my down payment. I've talked to them multiple times, and they are still charging me a monthly fee from my previous account. They also didn't cancel a credit card when I asked them to. I'm finally getting out--I can't believe it took me this long!
