They have absolutely horrible customer service. Because it is a call center you can never talk to the same person twice, and they all tell you different things. One can tell you a problem will be solved, and the next can say "I never said we will fix this" and there is NOTHING you can do about it. It doesn't matter if you have the original person's name or not, you can't get them to follow through on anything because of the lack of one on one service. And, their people are not empowered so even branch managers can't do anything to help you when a problem occurs. They tell you to call the call center and most of the time the call center will then tell you to go into the branch. This is completely different from both of my credit unions that will bend over backwards to help you.
