Pros: Uh, yeah...keep looking for them

I just arranged a mortgage with these clowns and they waited until the day before closing to ask for my 07 tax returns.  THis was after I provided every document known to man to them. I also have a credit score over 780. I provided the IRS return to them and....nothing. THey left my broker high and dry and we havent heard from them today (closing is tomorrow).  Now we do not close and I lose money thanks to their inefficiency, incompetence and lack of customer care.
I have pulled my loan from them and will be sending it to the credit union, where I should have gone to begin with.  I will never use any financial institution associated with, owned by or which does business with these submorons again.
I echo the others on here in giving them a complete and total thumbs down.
