Cons: Large Overdraft fees (unless you have OD protection)
The Bottom Line: Great bank, no unnecessary fees, great website. What more could you want?

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 3 years. I have been very happy with them.
The tellers at my local bank are friendly and remember my name. When they see a way to make my banking more efficient, they suggest it. For example: I use direct deposit from my employer and have for some time. The teller one day noticed that I was eligible for a premium account because of a deal they have with my employer and asked me if I want to upgrade. This means that I now earn interest on my checking account, get overdraft protection, and free checks. This is all with no charge to me.
The website is well laid out and simple to use. Charges from my debit card show up immediately on my online account, although it sometimes takes a few days before all of the details are made available. The online bill pay is very convenient, but takes a couple of days to process.
Unlike many Bank of America customers, I pay no fee to see a teller, no fee to use a Wells Fargo ATM, and my checking account has always been free.
I always hear friends complaining about their bank and have now convinced many to switch to Wells Fargo. I hope for your sake that many of you do the same.
