According to a PayPal Rep posting on an AuctionWatch mesage board nobody will be involuntarily converted to a business account. The rep denied rumors that at 30 transactions per month an automatic conversion of the account would take place. Of course this is subject to change. Also the PayPal policy on an individual having "dual accounts" i.e. one personal and one business is unclear. I'll be posting a review on PayPal Business accounts after doing a little more research.

I'm a little uncertain as to whether "auction sellers" will automatically be classified as businesses.....

or whether they will if they process more than a certain # of Pay Pal payments per month.

At the moment, we're sitting tight.

The fees they're proposing (1.9%) are lower than Billpoint's however.
