Sometimes the Funds aren't Xpressed out!

Recently our bank began offering "online banking services". When this service became available, we decided that we would give it a try.
We got all of the information from all of the people that we normally write checks to, and input the information into the system. The portion of the "online banking" that takes care of the checks and sending the payments out, was Funds Xpress.
Overall, it was easy to use, however, on a couple of transactions, the checks were cut, but the companies never received the payment. Funds Xpress was really great about these situations. On two of these problems, we requested a "stop payment" on the check and they did just that, and our funds were promptly returned to our account.
For us, we decided that even though Funds Xpress is a good service, it just wasn't working for us. We have since stopped using some of the online banking services that our bank offers. We might give it another try once we have fewer bills and checks to be written.
Overall, Funds Xpress is a good service and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be rid of writing checks for bills and buying the postage to mail them.
