I have not been a Sure-Trade member for a very long time, and I don't plan to continue much longer if their service does not improve. It takes forever for an order to execute, even if the volume is low. The site is not user friendly at all, and it takes forever to navigate through the screens. There has even been times where I can't even get certain pages to load. I also have had a incredibly hard time trying to trade over the phone, and to this day still have not been accepted by there computer phone equipment. In a recent order it took 10-15 minutes to execute a market order when a stock was $6.00. During this time the stock rose to $9.00, which is about where it executed, and let me know I purchased the stock when it was below $6.00 again. The only thing this company has going for them in my opinion is their trade prices.
