Pros: Free online bill payment, high interest yield.
Cons: No convenient way to directly transfer funds from my "Bricks & Mortar" bank.
The Bottom Line: I just can't think of any good reason to recommend using this bank. My other online banking experiences with CalFed and Compubank were much better.

I started an account with Compubank early this year; in March, I believe. I was happy with my Compubank account, but it got gobbled up by NetBank. Netbank offers higher interest; I have no complaints about that, but there are several other issues I'm disappointed with.
When my Compubank account was first transferred to NetBank, much of the information I had previously entered regarding my payees was entered incorrectly at NetBank. For instance, payee contact numbers were entered as 800-555-1212, the 800 directory number. The descriptions I had given my various payees had been altered to the extent that I couldn't even identify my payees the first time I tried to make payments. After extensive editing, I've managed to solve that problem.
Perhaps more irritating, I can't directly transfer money from my CalFed account to my NetBank account online. I need to either mail a check to NetBank, or originate the transaction at CalFed; Major hassle.
Their website navigation is needlessly cumbersome. I have to go through far too many steps just to pay bills; my main reason for maintaining the account.
