I think many people will agree that X.com has "con"ed the masses. I will include my advisor@drbcom.com email address because I wish to hear from all who would agree that we should ban together in a class-action lawsuit against damages and/or vast amounts of both "Bait & Switch" advertising and just plain "false advertising". I have limited eyesight; please do not blast me with more opinions... just send me your email address with a note that says, "yes, we will sue". I will compile the list and keep it until we have a considerable group of participants. (Share this with others... don't just leave it here, not everyone comes to epinions... spread the word!!!)
There is still so much text still viewable on the web about what they offered (i.e. 24/7 customer service and a host of other short-lived policies). I think most attorneys would find it a simple task to prove what I am guessing is beyond inconveniences to all that have utilized services (temporarily and/or supposedly) provided by X.com Corporation, X.com and First Western National Bank. Of which, all are linked to PayPal.
I venture to say that we may, as a group and through the services of good attorneys, find that there could be more far-reaching possibilities, such as, Federal Banking Regulation violations and irregularities.
I am NOT one to start e-chain letters, BUT, with this cause.... LET'S DO IT!!!!
