I came across this service a little over a month ago.
They offer $20 as well as a line of credit (overdraft) for opening an account with them & $10 for each friend you refer that opens an account.
They also give you your first 50 duplicate checks free and a Visa card.

At first I was skeptical giving my Social Security number
online but after several calls, discussions with other members and
their customer service rep through online chat option. I decided to
open an account.

The site has a wonderful FAQ and is easy to understand - plus if you have a question you have several options on how to contact mail/online/phone/and regular postal mail.
I have to say it is great to be able to be able to TALK to someone when you have a question.

They also have an array of other financial options including direct deposit, bonds, stocks, and CDs.

This is great for online auctions/to pay someone easy as pushing a button!

One thing I found out after opening account that may be a draw back is that the minimum monthly payment is 50 dollars if you use your credit line/overdraft.
