XCOM bank THREATENS TO ARREST ME!! OH LORD!!!

Well there have definitely been tons of reviews on x.com, the online bank that started early this year with great ambitions AND a great concept - unfortunately, just like internet retailing has not succeeded, online banking is fast falling into ill repute. PLEASE READ THE RECENT REVIEWS ON XCOM, MANY ARE ALL 1 star "WORST RATING" - here's why!!!
In January, when thousands of people were joining x.com for the $20 bonus, they had 24 hour customer service and LIVE online chat for help. The online chat feature disappeared quickly, and now their 24 hour customer service has been reduced to monday-friday 6am-midnight. And they claim they have "greatly expanded" their customer service??
I've had my share of small complaints with x.com, such as deposits/withdrawls taking much longer than normal to post, but recently they took the cake: WITH OVER $2000 in checking account, they started BOUNCING CHECKS! The worst part of all this is that X.com gave NO NOTICE or warning that anything was wrong with the account - in fact, the money is correctly shown in the account: it just cannot be moved, withdrawn, etc.
UPDATE #6 - 9/28/00
Well Xcom has FINALLY returned our money from our xcom accounts (BUT STILL HAS NOT REFUNDED THE LOCKED PAYPAL ACCOUNT!). Of course, we incurred returned check charges totalling $69, and they said we could "request" a refund and they would make a "determination" whether we should get reimbursed...they refused to send us a letter stating we had sufficient funds that we could show to our creditors, and they REQUIRED the bounced checks, which our creditors DID NOT SEND BACK TO US. Since dealing with xcom is so futile, we are probably not going to even pursue trying to get this $69 reimbursed...XCOM ARE YOU READING THIS?? Well if you are, take heed of all the recent negative reviews about you!
It is also VERY INTERESTING to note that x.com now takes you to their Paypal site, and you can no longer apply for a xcom bank account! Obviously they realized Paypal was much more profitable than xcom banking, and I wouldnt be surprised if all xcom customers get notified soon that xcom bank will be ceasing operation! AND GOOD RIDDANCE!
