If everything you say is true and nothing changed from the time you asked for a quote (meaning you disclosed all your tickets and accidents upfront) then it sounds like this agent may have done something illegal and you should file a complaint with your state insurance department. It sounds like your problem was not with Allstate but with the agent. 		Jan 14 '00
