Not exactly high tech

Pros:price & speed of first claim once the ball got rolling
 Cons:not being able to fax a claim more than 2 pages at a time

I have always used CSA.  Unfortunately I have had to file a claim for each of my last two trips.  No problem at all with my first.  And it was large.  This time, the company cannot recieve all of the information in 1 fax.  It is only 8 pages long.  'Can you please fax two pages at a time'? 
And THIS is an insurance company????
