I have been using CP Insurance for around one year. The price they quoted me was several hundred dollars below two or three competing bids, so I jumped at it. However, I concur with the other three opinions in that their overall customer contact is crappy. Starting with its initial mailing of the application packet. Yes, their internal communication systems are a royal mess. They sent it to my address GET THIS: TEN TIMES!!!!!!!, one day even getting three in my mailbox. I don't know how these people can afford so low premiums when they have so much waste.

They were very pleasant when processing my application over the phone. However, things changed when I tried to contact their customer "service" lines. Long waits, ignorant agents, confusing information. However, in what counts, i.e., claim response I have had no problems. Twice this past year I had to call the tow truck for a dead battery or other simple thing, no accidents. I don't know how CP is going to react then. Overall, I would have reservations in recommending this company to someone I know. Now that I have read other members' opinions, I would definitely NOT recommend it.
