GEICO's quote was $50 more than what I pay now with Integon

GEICO Direct sent me a postcard. So, I decided to go to the website and get a quote. I was informed I would recieve my quote in the mail.
The quote I recieved was $50 more than what me and my husband pay now to Integon. I was shocked and knew for sure I did not want insurance through GEICO considering we have no insurance points whatsoever.
Further more I could not get a live person on the phone for at least a good 15 minutes when I called. When I did get ahold of a live person they could not answer my questions because they were not an agent. The agent was supposed to call me back within 30 minutes but I never received a phone call from anyone. I don't want to be with a auto insurance company that I can't get in contact with! Integon has never let us down, I just wanted to save some money. But...it isn't worth it to me if the service isn't helpful and easy to contact.
