GEICO - great insurance for reasonable rates

Pros: Good service, great price, superb claim handling

Cons: Phone menu is annoyingly long - it needs MUCH fewer choices.

We've been with GEICO for over 20 years now for our auto insurance and couldn't be more pleased. Many times we were tempted to go elsewhere for a better price, but agent after agent told us that they couldn't beat GEICO's prices.
On the one or two occasions that we needed to submit a claim, the process was absolutely painless. The processing and resolution of the claims were quick, efficient and courteous.
