Pros: Excellent rates, Excellent website, Excellent accessibility, Friendly and knowledgeable service representatives.
Cons: Expect a few emails offering their MasterCard to you, about twice every 6 months.

Sorry to hear that you had issues w/Geico Barbara. I have heard good and bad about Geico, yet have only had good.

Hopefully you are much more happy with your new insurer!
