Pros: Deceptive marketing, don't trust them.
Cons: Deceptive marketing.
The Bottom Line: Don't do business with GEICO. If you have a not at fault collision and the other person lies, they will rip you off.

Their customer service was good. Everything was fine until I had a not at fault accident with another GEICO customer. This other driver was obviously lying through his teeth. The collision occurred on a downhill slope--he rear ended me. They said their satellite photos told them the collision occurred on a flat surface--I had to yell and shout at them just to get them to send an adjuster out to look. The other driver gave them the run-around in which time he got his car fixed. GEICO took pictures of both cars, and said there was no damage to his car--therefore no proof of an accident, but they told me he said I backed into his car--there is the proof right there.
After I punched holes in their weak investigation, I asked them to follow up and ask him how far in reverse my car supposedly travelled, and at what speed I was supposedly traveling. They could then make an assessment as to whether or not that kind of damage could be caused with that momentum--the answer would be no. They said "No, we are not doing that". Then they tried to tell me I must back backed into a pipe, even though they are allowing me to claim on my policy as "Not at fault".
