Pros: Quick, efficient and helpful customer service.

Cons: Plan seems expensive but they seem more efficient than another insurance company I was considering.

We got our puppy from a breeder and she activated a special 6 week coverage from Pet Plan free of charge. The reps did phone us to try to sell their life policy but I kept holding off because I was unsure of the quality of their policies. Our puppy developed a ear infection after 3 weeks and I was pleasantly surprised that Pet Plan paid us what we claimed under the free policy. We received the cheque very quickly and this got me sold. The rep did phone back as we requested and we now have our puppy enrolled in a standard life program.
