I was considering switching from USAA to Safeco, to safe some money, but after doing some checking online, and reading this, and other, reviews, I'm staying right where I am. USAA might be a bit more expensive, but at least they act very quickly and have never dropped me after a claim.

write a review of Liberty Mutual as soon as I get the official "you are not covered" letter. We pay an expensive premium because we are on the water (not in a flood zone) but for wind and hail. NOT ground flooding into our finished basement while we were in Las Vegas. I should have come home and broken a window, pipe or my washing machine, then they would have covered me. I'm not mad, no...just can't wait to write a scathing review and send it to the company! jo
