Pros: Don't know.
Cons: Excvessive homeowners insurance premiums on rental property that is also occupied by the landlord.
State farm had me uninsured for years because I didn't want my premium to rise from additional coverage. They were charging me a commercial rate for almost 20 years on a 4 unit rental property thay I occupied 1/3 of. What a rip off. I went to CRS Insurance (Gettysburg , Pa) and got a policy that gave me $436,000 (home replacement cost) in coverage vs. $221,000 and included my apart ment insurance with it for a savings of $342 per year! Thanks CRS!
I'm finished with State Farm Gettysburg.
