Is he or she just someone you write a check to but never speak to? When you walk into their office can they say “Hi_____, how’s your husband _______? (Fill in the blanks) If not, then you’re dealing with the wrong people.

I have State Farm. When I walk in they know my name, my kids names, and my husbands name. They know where I live without me telling them. I couldn’t ask for more personal service. I highly recommend them to anyone. Their personal service has been the best to us and our loved ones who use their service.

Here’s an example of the great service we receive from them. On June 7th I put a new car on our policy. I just called it in and said to send me the proof of insurance. On June 9th we broke down. I didn’t have the insurance papers yet to prove towing. I paid the $40.00 towing and took the receipt into the office to turn in. I thought they would mail me a check later. While I was talking to one of the agent about my kids and family, another agent was writing my check. That to me is great service.

A better example would be when my husband’s brother died in a car accident. When my mother-in-law called them during a horrible time they came through for her. They went into the office and pulled his insurance information right away. They called her at home and gave her the very important information she needed. They were there for he when she needed them to be the most.

I believe there is good and bad in every company. You need to do your legwork and check any company out very good. If your State Farm is as good as mine, you will always feel like they are really a good neighbor.
