I had the opportunity to use this insurance company for a year since my dad was in the Air Force. This company gave me the best quote for full coverage insurance than any other insurance company. I never had a problem with this company. The customer service department was very helpful whenever I called. On my first 6 month policy I had wrecked my car and needed a rental. At the time I was only 20 but they helped me get a rental. Later a friend had totaled my car and USAA paid off my car loan and when I financed another car and got another policy my premiums didn't go up. Unfortunately I let my license expire so I have to wait until my license has been active for five years again.
