USAA Auto has covered my family since 1985.  Over that time we have had several claims for accidents and vandalism.  My siblings have similar families, who have all had similar needs for insurance.  Comparing my experience to theirs shows USAA to be superior in all ways.  They paid all claims quickly, were very helpful when a vehicle needed to be replaced.  They offered value added benefits for extended periods without incidents or accidents, and even pay a collective dividend in years when the company pays out less than expected.  That is in lieu of paying larger bonuses to executives!  I have shopped rates every time USAA raised my policy and found that they were still charging less than any other company.  I would have accepted paying slightly more for the excellent service provided, but that was never the  case.  In terms of making a claim, USAA is easy to reach at any hour, the person who takes the call is always well trained, if I spoke with more than one person regarding a single claim there was total continuity between agents.  USAA is a remarkable company that sets a standard of excellence for any service organization that aspires toward true quality to strive toward.
