You are totally right about Wawanesa. I had the same experience. They are incompetant and rude. The company that ended up helping me was Farmer's the other party's insurance. It was their insured's fault but they were helpful to me everytime I called about anything. This help was provided 24 hrs. a day. I hope you found a company better than Wawanesa. I'll be glad when my policy lapses. 		Jan 17 '09
