Good customer service and banking experience

I have been working with this credit union since 1990 and I was lucky enoug that Eastern Financial Federal Credit Union services were offered to my last two employers. So far they beat my two former bank institutions by a long run so I have no complaints on the services they have provided. During this time I have financed 4 cars with them and have utilized other services as personal loans, checking and saving accounts and always have received the same courteous, prompt and excellent customer service from their personnel. I have even recommended their services to some of my friends and they are also very pleased with them. Their online and customer service by phone are also very good and friendly user as well ... from a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being the best) I will grade them with a 10. They have also opened new branches so now I can either use the online or phone services or drive to the nearest branc to take care of my business. Also I had the payroll direct deposit option and always get pay one day before the rest of my co-workers who do not have an Eastern Financial Federal Credit Union bank account which is very convenient for me. Additionally, they offer a wide variety of banking services at no extra cost like other financial institutions do so I am saving with them at the same time.
