Pros: Very friendly customer service, speedy service

Cons: nothing but maybe our bank here is small :)

This is one of the best banks my husband and I have have ever banked with, we have been with navy federal credit union for 8 years now and we absolutely love them! The best part about being a navy federal credit union member is that they are very friendly and offer online banking which makes handling your account so much easier. You don't have to worry about busy phone lines trying to call them or anything like that.
Of the 8 years we have been with them we have not had any problems with this bank, they are the best and we will be customers for life. I would really recommend this banking service to anyone with very high recommendations. Two thumbs up for Navy Federal Credit Union!
