a month ago Telhio staff told me to turn in a van that my ex was court ordered to pay for, but she did not. So the staff prompted me to turn the van in to them, and I did. They made it seem, as if, it was a good thing for me to do. They said it was not as bad as a repo. I thought they were going to auction the van and subtract the sale cost from the loan, and they did.

BUT THEN THINGS CHANGED!!!I thought they were going to tell me how much of a payment was going to be needed to payoff the balance. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!! WHAT DID HAPPEN IS THAT THEY GAVE ME ALL KINDS OF MIS INFORMATION AND THEN THEY REPO'ED MY CAR THAT I WAS ONE MONTH BEHIND ON.

THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY CHANGED THEIR POLICY JAN. 07! WHAT POLOICY?? AND ME THAT THE ACCOUNTS ARE CROSSED CONNECTED AND THAT I NEEDED TO PAY 11,000 TO GET MY CAR BACK. WHICH WAS THE TOTAL COST OF BOTH CARS.

ASK ABOUT THIS POLICY AND DO NOT HAVE MULTIPLE LOANS FROM THEM!!
THEY WILL NOT, AND REFUSED TO HELP OUT ON ANYTHING.

ON TOP OF THAT THEY actually TRANSFERRED FUNDS FROM CKECKING TO SAVINGS MAKING THING EVEN WORSE BY OVERDRAWING MY ACCOUNTS, AND MAKING OVER DRAFT FEES ETC...

DO NOT GET LIFE INSURANCE HERE EITHER, THEY DONT STOP WHEN YOU TELL THEM TO. THIS WILL CAUSE OVERDRAFT CARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
