The Bottom Line: Not even the hardcore BMX gaming fans would want this one for their library. Choppy graphics and ridiculous controls make this one a rental.

If you know your apples from your oranges, than you should be able to figure out that this game is just plain bad. With horrible graphics and no advancements from the first game, don't even try this one. It's called Maximum Remix, but really it's just a Mistaken Maximum Remix. Tricks are a blast in this game, but the blocky and choppy enviroments and characters ruin it. Don't even give this one to your brother, because he won't want it either.
GRAPHICS: Take this one to the laundromat and hang it out to dry, because that's just what the graphics in this game need. Characters look like walking piles of blocks, and the enviroments are plain, prerendered backgrounds. Even worse, when you land wrong and fall off your bike, your character looks like a ragdoll sliding across the ground. What's this world coming to?
SOUND: About the only upside about this game is its great music that accompanies you in your gameplay. It was compiled from many notorious bands, and sounds just like it was taken off a CD. Pump up the volume while playing this doozy!
CONTROL: As bad as it gets. Your character is too sensitive, turning up to 45 degrees to the slightest touch. It's hard to line up your biker straight when trying to grind on some handrails because the controls "slip" too much. Other than that, the game's controls are alright, but the bad parts take away too much from the gaming experience.
FUN FACTOR: If you think struggling to control a biker that seems like he's drunk is fun, than this game is a blast. Otherwise, awkward physics and choppy graphics puts this game in the trash can. If you want a real BMX game, try Matt Hoffman's Pro BMX, which is 10 times better than this so called 'competition.'
