I read a lot of reviews by gaming sites, other people on this site, etc. Opinions vary about this game. I really loved this game. Its unique. That's very odd for this day in age of gaming. I haven't seen a game this original since Parappa The Rappa.
When you first pop in this game, it starts off slowly, but gradually pulls you in. After about 5 min, I was highly into Seaman. During their evolution stages, you will be able to communicate with your seaman with the included microphone. I admit, the voice recognition isn't perfect, but its the first of it's kind. Seaman isn't the kind of game where you can play for 1 hour straight.
You (should) check on you seamen 2-3 times a day and spend 15 min each time. In that time you can feed your "fish" and talk to them. Let's go back to the actual game now.
In the second half of the game, your seaman will ask personal questions about you. If you answer correctly, surprisingly seaman can tell what person you are. In his "final speech", he was dead on with my personality. I was sad to see the game end after 2 weeks. 2 weeks for a game is short, but it's one hell of a time.
