Wetrix+ is a puzzle game in the fashion of tetrix, but you drop puzzle piece blocks onto a square floating landscape before it starts raining or buckets of water drop onto you lanscape. When the water gets on your lanscape, it'll pour off if you don't build up containers with the blocks. If too much water pours off, you're game will be over. When you play multi-player, the players compete to build up fastest and not pour water off the edge of your landscape.
it's fast paced, and simple. I love puzzle games, and in particular, ones with multiplayer options (like Tetrix, Bust a Move 2, Bomberman, Chu-Chu Rocket, etc.), but I found Wetrix too simplistic. The goal is to not allow too much water to drip off your land. If you start on a practice mode, or once you figure out a strategy, you can be playing this forever without really getting any new challenges, except for an increase in the blocks drop speed. In the multiplayer mode, if you drop more blocks, etc., it doesn't matter to the other player, it's only who can last longer. You might as well play by yourself and time it, at least that way you get a larger screen.
Graphically, Wetrix+ is no pleaser. It uses 3-d polygons, but you can tell they are polygons, when they could have updated the art (This game was originally on the N64 I believe as Wetrix, I thought the + would make it better).
