So, a truck full of nuclear explosives is out of control, and touching the slightest thing may make it explode. Your job? Blow up anything that is in it's way, using a wide variety of different vehicles. But is it fun? Well, at first it is, but soon enough it begins to take it's toll.
Hey, I'm a guy, I like blowing things up, but how much is enough? In Blast Corps, you blow up building after building, as you cruise around in dump trucks, pick-up trucks, muscle cars; pretty much everything, but the variety in vehicles is limited by the lack of variety in the game's concept. Blast Corps was also one of the first games made for The N64, so don't expect anything amazing in terms of graphics or sound.
Still, driving full blast into a building, and watching it explode is kind of fun, especially when your Nuclear opponent is feet behind you. Often times the game comes down to the wire, where the only thing between victory and restarting a long level may be as inconsequential as parking your car in the wrong place (Don't laugh: it's happened to me more than once. It definitely deserves a "D'Oh!").
