MadMan130's Full Review: NASCAR 2000 for Nintendo 64
Dont get me wrong, Nascar 2000 is a great game but there's a lot missing. The upside is that just about any driver you would want to select is available. You can adjust your car to the track that your racing at and practice before qualifying. Now, the downsides. First of all, when you race two players there are only a total of 8 cars. On top of that you cant race a season together, only single races. Also, when you ram into the back of Jeff Gordon to try to wreck him, it doesnt do a whole lot of damage. Its not very realistic in that department. It also lacks in the pit stops. Worst of all it doesnt include all of the tracks. Most importantly it leaves out Daytona. Overall, its a good game to rent and play for a few days but dont waste the sixty bucks on it.
