I will fully agree with the other opinions, Blitz 2000 is a great game. But if you already own the original for Nintendo 64, I recommend that you rent the game before you go out and by it.

The Amazingness of the first game is indeed in the 2000 version, but that’s about all. Very few changes have been made to the game, some that I personally was waiting for. For an example: What about instant replay? Super Nintendo managed to have that! Why can't NFL Blitz?

The lack of change to the game is not a negative aspect but a disappointment. I still give the game a great rating but if you have the original, don't bother wasting the sixty bucks to by this new nearly carbon copy of the original.
