WWF Wrestlemania 2000 is one of the best wrestling games out for the N64. Almost all the WWF Superstars are included with this game. The create a wrestler feature is unbelievable, you can choose an entrance video and your own entrance music as well as what your character will look like and who his/her enemies and allies are. There are over a hundred moves you can customize your character with and you get to pick your own finishing move.

This game offers many features. It features the royal rumble match where you go against up to 39 other wrestlers in an over the top elimination free for all. The King of the Ring Tournament is also available where you battle it out in an elimination tournament to decide who is the King of the Ring. 3 way and Cage matches are also available.

WWF Wrestlemania 2000 features The Raw and Heat sets as well as several Pay Per View arenas. You can create your own Pay Per View match, including the name of the Pay Per View, the location, and the types of matches that will take place and who will be involved in them. One of the nicest things about this game is the ability to play as or against the companies suits, such as Vince or Shane McMahon. Nothing beats getting in the ring with Stone Cold Steve Austin or The Rock and beating the tar out of Vince.

My only beef with this game is the difficulty. Even on the easy setting, this game is more than hard enough. On the road to Wrestlemania you start out fighting mediocre oponents such as Meat and Droz and it is quite easy to advance in the early stages of the game. Eventually as you progress through the ranks of undercard wrestlers and make your way to pay per view events you begin to wrestle more known wrestlers. Eventually you end up wrestling The Rock, HHH, or Stone Cold Steve Austin. These opponents are almost impossible to beat, even on the easy level.

Other than the difficulty of the game, WWF Wrestlemania 2000 is one of the best wrestling games on the market today. The available features, hidden wrestlers and overall fun of this game far outweigh any of the disadvantages. So if your looking for a wrestling game, this is the one you should buy.
