TrueToTony's Full Review: Who Wants to Be a Millionaire for Windows
I bought this as a present for my husband just last week. We were both excited about playing it. We love watching the show on tv so we could barely wait for it to load and get started. It only took a few seconds to install so we were all ready to get started.
The first few questions were pretty easy...just like on the show. Then they started getting a bit harder as you went along. Once we got up to $32,000, the questions were a lot harder and we started using the lifelines. This was just like on the show. You could use the 50/50...where the computer takes away two of the wrong answers. This leaves one wrong answer and the right answer. You could use the Phone a Friend option where Regis calls one of his friends and they give you what they think is the correct answer. Or you can use the Ask the Audience choice. This is where they take a poll to see what all the audience members think is the right answer.
After playing a few games the questions started to repeat and this got old pretty quick. My husband and I have both become "Millionaires" so now the challenge is over.
It is a fun game but they should have put more questions in so that it wouldn't be so repetitive. And that is "my final answer".
