There are many basketball games out on the Playstation that are so bad they make playing videogames a chore (NBA Basketball 2000 (Fox Sports)). This game obviously doesn't disappoint. NBA Live has been the best basketball game for a long time and continues the legacy the best one yet. It has the modes of play like season, 3-point shootout, exhibition, legends (where you play against MJ to beat him in one on one to have him on your team), and practice. These modes make the game worth playing.
They really did the graphics good this year. They are gorgeous and its great to see Jordan dunk again!!! The stadiums are perfectly rendered with fans actually moving in the stands. Of course the frame rate has always been a problem in EA's games but this year they fixed it. The players move with enthusiasm, but some do not look like themselves. The graphics really contributed this year and you could say that it really beat out everyone except for NBA 2K. All the legends look like themselves too!!!
The sound this year is awesome!!! What makes it great!? Well, first of all you have basketball favorites rapping the music like Run DMC and Razzel. The half-time show has stunning music and the crowd pumps up or booes Dennis Rodman!!! Everyone can hear the crow chanting but sometimes they are too silent. Overall sound made my experience better.
Therefore this makes this game worth playing!!!
