Okay, so this game is an obvious short fall of past versions. Before going into what blows about this game, I'll mention it's strong points.................hmm................oh yeah, the soundtrack is pretty decent. Well that's it! Now, it's pretty easy to figure out what all stinks about this game, but I guess if I have to type 75 words then I might as well revamp the facts for you.
Believe it or not, this used to be a racing game! For some reason the fighting seems to have taken center stage in the development of this game. Now I know this is just a video game and games will sometimes tend to stretch reality to it's outer limits (some games go way beyond also!), but I have found that the more realistic sports and racing games are the more I like them. I feel the non reality based scenarios should be left to the fantasy, adventure and futuristic type racing games.
My point is, I find it hard to believe that a valid way of avoiding a car coming at you head on is to pull up into a "Wheelie", but on this game it works everytime. Also, the storyline on this game is ridiculous, I can't remember exactly what the different groups were all about, in fact, I have to admit after playing this game for a day, I sold it. I only got half of what I paid for it, but trust me, I was happy with that!
