I love any Sim game so when I bought this I knew it was going to be a keeper. This game might get boring after awhile, but it is still good. As with the other Sim games, you have to build build build. Each Sim game they come out with gets better and better! :)
Sim City 2000 is a very fun and addicting game to play. The more money you get the more you can build. Before you start building your city, you can name it, construct your land, and decide whether to play at the hard, medium, or easy level. There are 6 different land areas you can create: dense industrial, light industrial, dense commercial, light commercial, dense residential and light residential. As time passes while you are creating your dream city, new things are invented. For example, at year 1935, water treatment plants are available and at year 1990, solar power plants are available. There are scenarios in Sim City 2000, such as Riots, Fires, Alien Invasions, but you can turn them off, it is your choice. Other options are available, but you can buy the game and see for yourself.
If you want to build a decent city good enough for people to live in it, you have to make it right. Build nice roads and make sure you supply power and water to the houses. Don't let your power plant blow up! If you want to construct a city, and don't have 1 billion dollars to build a real one, I suggest you get Sim City 2000 ^_^
