JasonVander's Full Review: Warzone 2100 for PlayStation 1
For anyone who has ever played Command & Conquer, this game is a must buy! This is an incredible game that is like C&C but in many ways it is different. The first thing that you'll see is that this game is entirely in 3-D. You move your troops over rough terrain ranging from open plains to rocky mountain hills. This gives the game a sense of realism that you are actually moving around a real life environment.
Another huge feature that this game offers is you get to create your own units. There are literally millions of combinations of vehicles that you can create. At the beginning of the game your options are limited, but as you proceed, you will find new weapons, armor, wheels and lots of other upgrades that you can use to create new weapons of mass destruction. This part alone is enough to keep most gamers set on the game since your always looking for a way to create a vehicle that will bust through the enemy lines and destroy them all.
The only big problem that this game suffers is that the controls can be a bit confusing. It may take you several hours to be comfortable enough with the controls before you can stop referring to the manual. However once you know how to control your army, press forward and destroy all those that stand in your way!
