I received this item as a Christmas gift. Its a lovely product, nicely made, and I especially liked the black finish. The machine is small, and compact, and living in an apartment, it didn't conquer the limited space in my kitchen.
I have used machines in the past, quite a few actually, for some time now, and I found this one to be very difficult to use. The perfect frother function was disastrous, and made pretty impressive froth-but wasn't too warm after cleaning my ceilings and cabinets for 20 minutes. The milk spewed out of the top, and the pressure released from the steamer was never ending. I tried multiple times to get the machine to work, but finally gave up after my kitchen was covered in milk and coffee. I wouldn't suggest this to someone unless they had extensive experience with high pressure machinery!!!
