After 35 years of using and burning out numerous hand mixers of every brand name, shape, and promise told, I finally realized that KitchenAid had a hand mixing model. I love their countertop mixer, so I thought I would give their handy hand mixer a try.

I found my 9-speed mixer with all the beater/whisk attachments on QVC as a "special of the day" at $57.84 and with shipping and handling charges, it was delivered at my door in 4 days for a grand total of $67.11.

I couldn't be happier! It truly is as if my Fairy Godmother gave me a customized kitchen tool! It has done everything from perfect meringues and sauces to heavy duty batters and doughs. It is easy to operate, and is a great mixer for a beginning cook to a seasoned one. The cord is long enough and the mixer stands great without tipping, it is just simply everything you could ask for in a hand mixer!
