Nothing wrong with the quality of the coffee brewed; it's easy to clean, and handsome. Problem is, whoever designed the carafe needs a new career. It drips terribly--first there's water everywhere when filling the tank, then coffee all over the counter instead of in the cup. This is inexcuseable. I've had this model for a year, so I'm aware of the problem and how to avoid it. Still, every other time I go to pour from the carafe, I get liquid beyond the intended target. I think there are plenty of other coffee-makers out there with functional spouts that don't require the user to mop up after each use. I'm out to find one.
