Pros: The outside is white like the other junk Maytag appliances I own.
Cons: I would have been happier buying LG. I would have been happier buying LG.
The Bottom Line: Buy LG! Don't ever waste your money with Maytag. Works when it isn't broken.

I unfortunately wasted a lot of money on this dishwasher, a stove, a side by side refrigerator, a washer and dryer. In the first three years of ownership, everyone of them (except the dryer) has been worked on numerous times. MAYTAG MAKES JUNK AND SELLS IT FOR A PREMIUM. They need to wake up their service man and put him on the quality control line. I tell everyone I know not to buy their junk. I'm glad they left Galesburg, Illinois and moved to Mexico...they'll fit in down there! Buy any other brand and you will be more satisfied. Their customer service people (a.k.a."conflict resolution managers") are incapable of resolving anything. When I call, I am immediately placed on hold and forwarded to at least six or seven different people. They ask who I am and what is the problem then forward me to another person. They avoid problems like the plague! My refrigerator was REPLACED twice and the last one had to be fixed within the first three years...that's three different refrigerators!!! (LISTEN UP PEORIA, ILLINOIS>>>)The service company they use STATS SERVICE TODAY has been banned from entering my house when I found out that they couldn't put my appliances back together correctly....call BENSON's in PEKIN! The stove has a busted light fixture in the oven and the burners don't light half the time. The diswasher flashes it's lights at me every six months. I spend half an hour everytime trying to figure out how to reset the thing. Maytag is a complete waste of good money. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR AND BUY LG!!!
