Try changing a bulb in the microwave! (Reply to this comment)

I love the positive comments, but try changing a bulb. I have contacted Emerson about getting new bulb and asking how to change it... I am told to buy a manual for 15$, or call aservice repair person or ship it to them for repair. For the love of God, all I want to do is change a stupid bulb! All the other features of this product are great, except the bulb.

My old microwave, a GE Spacesaver, was simplicity itself to operate; just punch in the time and power and off it went. But when I got married, my husband came with a full set of drill bits and a microwave, so we got rid of mine. The only thing I like about his is that it has a turntable, which I regard as indispensable. Otherwise, with the probe and defrost and auto-timing features, it's smarter than I am and I don't like machines that are smarter than I am!
