I just wanted to say that I am in total agreement with the comment left by Amy prior to mine. The addition of more details that this appliance has to offer would make a great addition to your review. I know that when I read a review I really look for those details. I feel that it gives not only myself, but those others reading a good description of the product in review. This is especially helpful for those coming to Epinions to research a product prior to purchase.
I also wanted to add that it is nice to see that you decided to finally write your first review. I hope that you will not let your current ratings discourage your from writing more. Trust me when I tell you that we were all new once to Epinions! ;) In fact, I still find myself updating most of my reviews after writing because I left out a detail that I wanted to share with others.

Gosh, I'm sorry to learn that this range has been such a disappointment! It sounds like they need to take it back to the drawing board and redesign this model. Thanks, though, for taking the time to bring your review to Epinions and share your experience.
Just a suggestion - I believe consumers would find it helpful to have a little more information about this range, in addition to your personal experience and the problems you've had.
For instance, is this self cleaning? Is there a broiler? Or storage space? Is it easy to clean? Does the oven heat evenly?
