I finally couldn't take it anymore when my old vacuum cleaner wasn't able to pick up my cat's hair on the carpet. So I went to Sam's Club and bought the cheapest vacuum cleaner that I could find, and there she was, the Dirt Devil Vision Sensor M089900. WOW! Finally, a vacuum cleaner that can actually tell me if my carpet is clean or not. I not only bought the vacuum because it was cheap, but it had the sensory lights. Red light tell you that your carpet is still dirty and Green light tells you that your carpet is clean. Neat huh?

PROS:
There are 4 things I like about this particular vacuum.

1.NO MORE BAGS! I finally had some extra money to buy something else since my vacuum doesn't need a bag to operate.

2. It is powerful. It can really suck the dirt and cat hair out of your carpet.

3. The light indicator was very helpful. It tells me the area where my carpet is the dirtiest.

4. Has 2 floor setting. When I want to clean my kitchen floor, all I had to switch the knob from carpet to floor. Very handy. I also love the new edge wedge accessory that comes with this vacuum because it makes cleaning the corners a breeze.

CONS:
However, there are several things that I dislike about the vacuum.

1. The vacuum cleaner is very noisy. I couldn't hear my friend knock on the door. If it wasn't for my beloved cat who kept scracthing at the door like there was someone on the other side.

2. A little heavy, especially when I have to lift it and store it in my closet.

3. The side filter keeps falling of when I vacuum. I usually don't get mad easily about little things like the filter coming off very time I vacuum, but it is really annoying. So if this is a problem with your vacuum cleaner, just tape it tightly. That is the only way of throwing your vacuum away because the filter won't stay put.

4. Although I'm happy we have gotten rid of the bag concept, but I'm not a happy camper when it comes to cleaning the filter when its full. The dirt that had been picked up comes right out again when you have to clean the filter. They have to find a better way of cleaning the filters.

Yes, I would actually recommend this product to anyone. If you are looking for a cheap vacuum, this is it.

No, I would not recommend for those who dislike cleaning out the filters.It could be a very messy job.
