Do you have a multi level house and can't get the kids to do their share? To me the Regina is very good to keep on one floor of the house for those small jobs to make the place look like it has really been cleaned.
I received my Regina as a gift and at the time I thought "now what do I need this for?" But I soon learned that it has a place in our house and it will get used.
The best thing about the Regina is that the kids can use it and that it is durable. It really pulls us the dirt. The only thing is that you do have to remember to clean out the dirt cup. So I just check it when it has been used a lot.
We really all like to keep things as simple as possible. So unless we are doing a real spring cleaning this Regina electricbroom is fine for the kids to use in their rooms to say they did clean. We are surprised at how well it works at picking up the dust and dirt.
It is a little noisy but so is the vac. I really have a hard time asking the kids to carry all the parts and then put them together and I worry about the carpet piece that has the beater bar.
So my Regina comes in handy for a lot of places but it really is the one to use when I want the kids to participate in getting the cat litter off the bathroom floor.
