Pros: Freedom from coin machines, washes fairly well
Cons: Very expensive, machine shakes violently, dry time is about 2 hours
The Bottom Line: Buy it if you always wanted a vibrating bed. Have to stop it during the spin cycle constantly. Takes too long to dry clothes. cleans ok.

Why do I call it that? It has a major problem during the spin cycle. More often than not the load will be out of balance and the machine will rock and the internal tumbler will slam against the metal case. This is the major problem with it. I have to stop the spin mode constantly to try to rearrange the clothes. Jeans are always making this machine out of balance for example.
Its a vertical tumbler machine which is part of the problem as gravity will want to pull things down so when the spin starts the clothes will be off balance. Now then, when it does start self-destructing I turn it off. Then I have to wait 5 min! It has some kind of safety latch that makes me wait. It actually locks the door shut!
Dry time. Get ready for this.... 2 hours! Its a noisy 2 hours too. In fact, the whole machine is pretty darn noisy. This machine has the fabulous ventless drying! Wow! No vent to push hot air into the room. Only problem is it has to use the pump to attempt to collect condensed moisture for about 2 hours. Even after 2 hours your clothes will likely be damp. Also, you cannot do a full size load in this machine or your clothes will remain forever wet. For about 1,000 dollars US I expect more.
The good:
Fairly easy to hook up to a faucet. You might need to run to the hardware store to get an adaptor for your size faucet.
Dries in the same machine. Automatically starts the drying after the scary spin cycles.
Easy to use controls.
It runs on 110volts so you can use in an apartment.
It does clean clothes fairly well. It uses a small amount of soap. If you put too much in the suds will never go away.
Most importantly, it gives me the freedom to wash clothes myself and not worry about quarters and broken public machines! This is why I give it 2 stars instead of one.
Tip:
I cut out a 3 inch wide strip of the rubber seal in the top part of the machine. This lets out some of the hot air and does not let out water since the water level never rises more than about an inch above the lower part of the glass door. I made my own vent basically. It still might be helpful to open the door occasionally during drying. Also, I will remove jeans and stuff I don't need to wear right away after about 40 min of drying. I then hang these to dry fully. This lets the other clothes dry faster. It doesn't lock the door during the drying cycle thank the makers for that.
Tip:
Use the 800 rpm spin, not the 1000rpm to keep your machine from reaching low earth orbit.
Tip:
You can stuff quite a bit of laundry in this machine. If you need to do bedding don't be afraid to stuff it. Usually you want to do about 3/4 of a normal load. Its just not a big machine. (which makes it great for apartments and is fairly easy to move if you have some wheels under it.)
Tip: This machine is noisy and will makes lots off odd sounds and will not continuously tumble during drying. This is normal. It seems to be able to take a lot of abuse too. It hasn't shaken itself to pieces yet.
Hope this helps,
-Randy
